Bulk Product Image Uploader for Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce & Shopware

BL Bulk Product Image Uploader

Core Backlip solution

BL Bulk Product Image Uploader

When a catalogue has hundreds of images, the problem is not merely uploading files—it is assigning each file to the right product without creating a manual gallery-editing project. BL Bulk Product Image Uploader is Backlip’s multi-platform workflow for matching and assigning images at scale.

Choose the workflow that matches your catalogue

PlatformBest starting point
ShopifyMatch many catalogue images to the right products using the store identifiers and workflow supported in the app.
WixUse the Wix-specific app workflow to reduce repetitive product-image administration.
WooCommerceMatch image filenames by SKU, Product ID or product slug; review galleries and variations before upload.
ShopwareUse the canonical Backlip product page to confirm the current marketplace installation path and workflow.

Before you begin

  1. Choose a stable product identifier that exists in your store.
  2. Standardise the filenames before uploading a full library.
  3. Test a small batch and confirm the product, gallery order and primary-image outcome.
  4. Keep the original image library and product export until the result is verified.

Why a matching workflow matters

A bulk tool should make a large job easier to review—not hide important decisions. The right process gives the merchant a way to confirm the match, correct exceptions and keep the storefront’s product images organised across a catalogue refresh, supplier import or migration.

What it does not do

The app does not decide which images are accurate for a product, repair incorrect catalogue data or replace a merchant’s final quality check. It helps assign images more efficiently once files and product identifiers are prepared.
